This goofy guy is Wally, a 1 year old, 50 pound, Plott Hound/Terrier mix. He is an energetic, fun-loving boy who is elated to be out of the shelter. He is great with other dogs and loves all people. Because he is playful, he is not a good fit for a home with an older dog, as his love for play would likely annoy an older dog. He is not fostered with young children therefore we feel he would be best suited for homes with kids age 8 and up. Wally did well during his cat test. Due to his playful nature, Wally is not a good match for someone gone an entire workday. He loves to romp with his human and canine foster siblings, thus his ideal home will have a yard for him to run and play. Wally is crate trained and 90% there with his house training. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and preventatives and eager to find a family to love!
The adoption fee for this dog is $295, which includes routine vetting and spay/neuter.
